Welcome to my website! It is my great pleasure to share my oil paintings with you. 

Inspiration comes from the world around me, little things that I think most people wouldn’t bother to look at. The colors, the possible colors, the shapes or patterns the object creates and/or the combination of all. I also try to look at things from a different view.
A lot of times I can put the main subject on canvas and it may be months or in some cases, years, before I decide what would be a suitable background.The finished work sometimes the product of the tools that I might have, or in a lot of cases, don’t have. My early works show that I didn’t have many brushes or too small of brush, so I used a butter knife and adapted the subject to  that process. In other works, I didn’t have the colors and couldn’t afford them, so I used what I had.

As you can see, the photographs of my early work were not that good. Who knew back then about the net!

I am currently a member of the Federation of Canadian Artists.

I have my 1st real show September, 2012 at the Burnaby Arts Council Deer Lake Gallery. The exhibition is scheduled for September 21st to October 21st. It would be great if you would come out and have a look!
